Cpanelden Php Myadmin'e girmeyi deneyin. Eğer giremiyorsanız, ve hata satırında ..../temp yada .../tmp gibi hata alıyorsanız sunucu sahibiyseniz siz, değilseniz sunucu sahibinin cpanele konu ile ilgili ticket atmasını isteyin. (Whm/cpanel kullandığınız varsayılarak yazılmıştır) Sorun düzelecektir...

cookies ayarlarını tam yapmamış olabilirsin
/includes/dbconfig.php'de cookies bölümü var orda .domain.com vardır onu kendine göre düzenle bi aralar bende 10 15 dk aramıştım problemi
