FTP Ayarları

Merhaba arkadaşlar , Ftp ye SMART FTP programından bir türlü ulaşamıyorum şifre soruyor bekliyor ve Login Failed diyor, WinSCP ile de girip herhangi bir dosya oluşturmak istedigimde şu hatayı veriyor:

General failure (server should provide error description).
Error code: 4
Error message from server: Failure
Request code: 14

hocam bir ftp ye restart atın whm'den öyle deneyin birde.

Attım o da olmadı , Şimdi tam bitti Reinstall yapmış bizim arkadaş , cPanel felan gitmiş ,

şimdi de cPanel kurulumunda boyle diyor:
