müşterilerimden birisi ftp ye dosya atmak istediğinde böyle bir hata alıyor. nasıl düzeltebilirm...

chown -R kullanıcı /home/kullanıcı

yaptım ama çözüm olmadı..

bu hatayı sadece 1 müşterimde alıyorum cuteftp ile diğer sitelere rahatlıkla girip istediğimi yapabiliyorum. ama bu bahsettiğim siteye dosya atamıyorum herhangi bir dosyanın ismini değiştirebiliyorum ama içeriye dosya aktarırken bu hatayı veriyor

Dosya Atmak İstediğin Klasor Adı tam olarak nedir ?

FTPden atamıyorsan SSH yetkisi varsa ordan at
Permission hataları genellikle root tarafından yapılandırılmış klasorlerde ve de FTP programlarından kaynaklanır..

Cpanele gir File Manager 'dan Atmak istediğin klasoru sil baştan oluştur bakalım ne dicek ?
