Şununla değiştirin :

$moderators .= "$comma<a href=\"member.php?action=profile&uid=$moderator[uid]\">".$moderator['username']."</a>";
                                    $comma = "<br />";

Eğer hata alırsanız Hiç bütün kodları değiştirmeden sadece

$comma = ", "; yazan kısmı

$comma = "<br />"; yapın !
