root@server [~]# service httpd restart
Syntax error on line 36 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_qos.so into server: /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_qos.so: undefined symbol: apr_strtoff
