This is occurring as a result of a recent bug with horde and PHP5, where methods
containing upper-case 'I's in their name are inaccessible when turkish character
support is in use.

Unfortunately the only available resolutions are to switch to PHP4 or use
another alternate language. We have notified the horde developers, and this
should hopefully be fixed in forthcoming builds.
